- The Amiga may need an update to the scheduler, but look at how many
- programs break under Executive, like ShapeShifter and AmiTCP. (There must be
- something to it, because so many people rave about it, but all I noticed when
- running Executive is that interactive tasks got more sluggish, compute-intense
- programs did about the same, and I/O-bound tasks did a bit better.)

- What kind of partition specs? The actual code for formatting is
- implemented in the filesystem code, so there's not much you could do to the
- format command to fix that, anyway.

- There's an editor on Aminet called CatEdit. It's not the greatest, but
- it's usable.
